i'd say the 80's. sadly. but the big hair was just nasty. i mean it looked like a stretched out cotton ball most of the time. i was an 80's baby myself. but i pray that the big hair never comes back in style.

Personally, I think the worst decade was the 90's. There was that whole grunge dirty look going on and then that glittery pop spice girl look. No real style was incorporated in any of the trends at all. At least the 80's had something going on with the hair and acid washed jeans. The worst thing to come out of the 90's were stirrup paints and those shirts that buttoned at the crotch. I cant believe I fell into that trap! Ha ha ha!

I definitely think it was the 90s and even now...grungy, slobby, gangster, poor ghetto look and for girls pants that barely cover your crotch and butt crack. Never mind how unhealthy they are and that they cut off circulation from your arteries that run through your groins...don't know how kids sit through class without fainting from blood loss. But never have guys looked so unnattractive as in the 90s...sorry...can live with all the other centuries...at least they were evolutionary...this past decade of hand-me-downs and I love the ghetto look just didn't cut it and sure hope won't repeat itself as part of the history cycle.

Even though I'm sort of into it, I think the 70s was the worst decade for fashion, because they had those awful long collars for guys and bell-bottoms are silly looking, and also everything was either yellow, orange, or avocado green, apparently.

Everything about the 80's was ridiculous. The music, cloths, hair styles, slang words...everything. So, my vote on the worst decade of fashion is the 80's!

Anything before 1965, I liked the 70's fashion the best.

Toss up between 70's and 80's.
70's where you had fros and disco metal looking outfits. Did you see Elvis? uaaaaaaaagh! He was so hot when he was younger then those white jumpsuits and SIDE BURNS EWWW.

80's was pretty bad LOL. Where we had BIGGGGG hair we used like a can of Rave hairspray a week. All the girls in the bathroom with their big cans of hairspray going "shsshsshhshshs" in the bathroom. Our big earrings that looked like CD's that hung from and tore our ears. And ruffle skirts and banana clips. hahahaha........ love it.

I actually want to throw an 80's party. I think it would be HILARIOUS!

I agree that it had to be the 1950s when dresses managed to look like abstract paintings and furniture at the same time. As I'm creeping up on seventy, I was there, 1st person.
