I use skirts with leggings and boots. They look hot (my husband loves them)

Definitely tights. Patterned or colored tights, if possible. I like the look best with high-heeled, pointy-toed pumps. In my opinion, I think leg-warmers and boots look kind of dumb with shorts.

Definately with the leg warmers, they are a little thicker and leave more for the imagination:)
