Ask her...

Maybe she borrows from you when she "needs" it and doesn't make a record of it. All money being transacted in any business needs to be accounted for. She needs to make a record of any money she takes and you need to have a record of any money you lend her. At the end of each year, you need to reconcile the exchanges of funds between your businesses. Your taxes each year must be a nightmare. If you cannot do business in close conjunction with each other, then one or the other of you should move to another location. You do not want money to become a sticking point in your marriage. That will split you up inevitably. If you have proof of her unrecorded "borrowing", amounting to theft, then you could press criminal charges against her. If that doesn't break up the marriage, nothing will.

Well, maybe she did what my former spouse did, and she just gave your mother-in-law a card on your account.

You have at least the advantage of discovering the thief before the divorce.

You'd have to have proof and then you could turn it over to the police. But frankly, it is hard to believe you are a "medical practitioner" seeing as you can't spell and this is poorly written and totally unclear.
