ok i know this sounds weird but i have a friend who "borrows" all of my pens and NEVER gives them back and then she loses them so I end up buying more pens just so i can give 'em to her again!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRR!!!

Ask her for them back and tell her that if she needs pens go buy them for herself. Or for Christmas buy her 2 boxes of pens and let her know. "I noticed you liked these kind, so I bought you your own set."

Just step up to her and quit letting her borrow your pens. If she's really your friend, she'll get the point.
(Tell her to pay you back for all the pens she lost that were yours)
