Try to make a serious effort to give him what ever you can . Or have you thought about getting a roommate temporarily that way you can charge the roommate for two months of half the rent and that would only leave you 100 short and I doubt tha land lord would say anything to much about that other than get it paid quickly. Be up front with him and dont hide and just do your best to get it caught up. Try to get him 5 dlls a day towards the back rent at least. You can hustle that up I am sure. You know ask a friend here and there to lend you a few dollars and it will add up. Keep track of who lent you the money and be sure to pay them back asap. And yes your landlord can kick you out and still expect the money that you owe him because you owe him that money. You have to look at it from thier point of view , if you were to buy a rental property with 20 units on it that get 1000 a month rent and your payments on the property with insurance and repair costs run you 20,000 a month that would mean you need each months rent from each unit to cover your payments and if someone doesnt pay then it comes out of your pocket and if you dont really have an extra grand a month you could even risk losing your property. They arent trying to be cold blooded when they are asking for thier rent . They are only trying to make ends meet too. . But there are some that have it going on and dont need any more money but still want more. I wish you the best . but a quick help could be a roommate

The Sheriff can't do anything until your landlord has gone through the proper legal procedure to evict you. If you don't think you'll be able to pay the rent on time every month anymore, start looking for another place to stay, and make every effort to pay the landlord whatever you owe, since you may very well be ordered to pay back rent by a judge during the eviction. Start packing.

1. The season has nothing to do with it.
2. Keep paying rent? If you mean back rent then yes but if you mean future rent then no. If you are not paying your rent and you are evicted then that would void any lease you may have and there may be a fee for that (review your agreement).
3. What you should do is pay your rent and make things right be working more hours or finding a temporary job to catch up. If you are physically unable to work then maybe a friend, family member or local church can help you out. Maybe you could get a roommate to help with the rent.

You can't be kicked out until they take you to court and get a court order granting the eviction, and that can be done all year-round.
And after you are evicted, you don't owe any future rent. The landlord may try and collect the old money owed though.
You need to find a way to pay your rent. If you are working, set up an installment plan with your landlord and pay every week until you are caught up. If you aren't working, go to social services and see if they will help you.

Depends on your State.
In the State of Nevada you can be kicked out in 3 days. In other states it can be longer.
You first get a notice to pay up or move out. If you do not move or pay by the date on the notice you will be evicted. The sheriff comes to your door and locks you out. If your stuff is in the unit it becomes the property of the landlord.
If you can not keep up the payments for rent you need to get into something you can afford right away. Dont ruin your credit or reputation by having an eviction show up for you. I have known people who constantly get evicted and they can not longer get a place to live. When no one rents to you you end up homeless or with family. It happens all the time.
Find lower rent that you can afford. A roof over your head should be your first priority in life so stop spending money on everything else (clothes, toys, and such is not as important and mean nothing).

Your Landlord can issue a 30 day notice anytime if you are behind in your rent. You can either pay the rent or stay and be evicted.

The landlord can evict you any time you are late as long as he follows state procedures to evict legally. I am sorry you are having a hard time, but most landlords still have to pay their mortgage even when you don't pay your rent therefor you should leave as soon as possible so he can get his place rented to someone who can pay the rent!!

They must go through the court system before they can legally set you out. Before your court date i would definitely try to get some assistance through your local charity companies. Such as, salvation army, PATH, the baby fold, even churches will help you too. If you have the balance paid by the time you go to court, the landlord MIGHT let you stay.

He can have you evicted by going to court and sue you for back rent. He can't kick you out and have you pay for month you were not there.
