define "fozzicles"?

Oh, I thought it was Fozzie's hair follicles, but I guess not.

Since the word doesn't appear in google, I would guess that Maguire made it up (like Lewis Caroll did for "gyre and gimbal in the wabe") and you can create your own definition based on how he used it.

Care to quote a line or two so we can see it in context?
