umm you can BUY the pole position. you have to wait until after the Shakedown mission. Avery tells you about buying assets. and the game gives you a little tutorial like thing about them. go to the pole position. buy it. go into a back room. wait until youve handed out $500. leave. and youve acquired it as an asset and it will start generating money for you.
