My iTunes got screwed up following the update to 7.0.1 and now, it's showing Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji for certain words and prices. How do I get it back?

At the bottom of the page it says My Store and next to it is a big red and White button
Click that and you can chose your language

Well if you can read Japanese then go to iTunes store and go to the very bottom and there should be a flag there and click it and choose English.
