Last time I checked she wasn't convicted in a court of law Tootie.

Or do people like you only support due process for terrorists.

There is an alleged complaint that she voted at the wrong precinct. She has not been convicted. Even her voting at the wrong precinct wouldn't be a crime unless she did it knowingly. I hope I am reading sarcasm in your question.

Ha. And it's the REPUBLICANS who argue that the DEMOCRATS are the party of shoveling in voters to other precincts to defraud. Help America Vote This Ann! :)

I also like the fact that knowingly voting at the wrong polling place is a FELONY.

Doesn't give much details but doesn't sound like a big deal..could be as simple as moving and not changing voter address in time....as long as you only vote once...

Ooooh. She voted in the "wrong precinct", not even in multiple precints, just the wrong one. She should be sent to the gas chamber and you should get a life.

Again, for some reason people believe that

accused=guilty

With such a belief, why don't we just institute the death penalty? I mean, there is no way they could be innocent, with that logic

"Horrible"? You mean, horrible, like someone calling our soldiers rapists, Ghenges Kahn, stuff like that?

And does this mean that the plagurism charges were dropped? You remember, the last "horrible" thing she was accused of?

It doesn't say she voted multiple times. What's the big deal.
