Hate to mention but when your dad may not help you, I wish that your mother will. I am a center college cheerleading train and cheerleading isn't low priced. Of direction center schoolers do not need jobs to pay for camp, uniforms, and so forth. and even supposing you might get a role, you do not have time to paintings and pass to after college practices, conferences, and video games.... and don't forget assignments. You will want anybody to aid you pay the fees. Is your cheerleading squad conventional or game? A conventional squad is the squad that does the pep rally, cheers at video games from the sidelines, and might do a part time efficiency. A game squad is a squad that travels across the country competing. Most of the game squads are co-ed, enormously proficient, totally problematic stunts, killer flips, you get the factor. Its just like the Bring it On Squads. If your college has a conventional squad, all you must do is have a few sort of rhythm and get a former cheerleader or one who has already made the squad to educate you. You might pass to a UCA camp. They will educate you the fundamentals of cheerleading. I feel this would be the excellent choice. If your squad is a game squad, your possibilities of constructing the squad are very slender until you may have had years of gymnastics. Whatever occurs, I desire you the excellent of success. Keep attempting and paintings difficult. Remember Cheerleading is difficult paintings, if it was once any less complicated, it might be known as Football!

I'll give you tips for preparing and for tryouts.
Be fit, on time and enthusiastic. Be prepared and alert to follow instructions. As k cheerleaders on the team for tips.
Find a good gymnastics center in your area, and have skills such as back-hand-springs, aerials, front tucks, back tucks...
Unless you are really tiny and are going to be a flyer, you need to get some muscle and lift some weights at least 3 times a week. Your going to be lifting PEOPLE and WEIGHT for every stunt.
Have a solid jump.
RUN. Fun a few miles every week. Start off at 1/2 a mile and work your way up. You need to train yourself or else you will get exhausted real fast.
Strengthen your core. 50 sit ups a day will improve jumps and stunting.
Keep a positive attitude. Always have a smile on your face!
Listen to your captain/instructor.
Don't be late for ANYTHING.
Practice 5 times a week.
Be sure to stretch real good before and after tryouts. Don't attempt moves unless you already know them or have trained for them. It will cause injury and annoy other team mates.
GOOD LUCK!

If you have a sister ask her and if you are aloud
to stay after school and work with the coach that will be good.
If you want to make the team you should at least be able to do a back hand spring. Also if you are doing stretches then do pike and strattles. that worms me up in gymnastics
