I don't see why not. I mean, my husband has female friends. It is all about trust. If you can't trust your spouse, then you shouldn't have gotten married. I think sometimes people think that just because you have friends of the opposite sex, that you are automatically going to cheat. It is so exaggerated that it is ridiculous. I have male friends and my husband has female friends. I would never see any reason for us to not. Just because you get married does not mean you should drop the friends you have either. If you were friends with these females before you got married then your wife is being unreasonable to make you feel guilty.

Nothing is wrong with that at all. It's onl;y healthy for people to have friends in both genders. Regardless of they are married or not.

But I do think once you are in a committed relationship you need to have certain distance with your friends. You know...like no one on one hanging out and stuff. Even though there is purely friendship between you two.

It depends on the situation. Both men and women can have friends as long as those friends repect that you are married. Especially if there is problems and you talk to them about if for advice.

That is when you see how much respect your friends have if they try to play your problems into their favor to get some action.

Both men and women do this. I for one have had a lady friend whom made a pass at me, my wife and I were having issues and she knew bout it cause I had discussed with her for advice.

Needless to say I told her to take off and haven't talked to her since.

When two ppl marry, they have a form of trust, that they have built their relationship on. I have been married almost ten years.... and my husband and i both have lots of friends of the opposite sex. Its when you take it to the next level and start cheating with those friends, that it crosses the barrier. So keep your friends as friends...... but don't let it cross the line, or you may lose your woman forever.

I think that it's perfectly normal for your husband to have female friends and for you to have male friends. but each of your friends must respect the relationship that you and your husband have.

I don't see why not. As long as the two of them are open and honest with their significant other about each other there should be no problems.
