Check in your email program's deleted email file box and see if the email that confirms your registration might still be t here. If not, contact the company that manufactures the game and give your name and address and approximate time you ordered it. Give them the details about the name of the game and version number if applicable. explain that you lost the activation key and need to have it to open the program. They should have it on file. I always print out a copy of any orders, registrations, and online purchases so that if the email gets accidentally deleted, I can still find the key.

I would suggest you look on the box or on the instructions for the name of the company that manufactured it. Write or email them and explain your problem. You probably will have to pay for a new activation key.
