Yes, but unless you're given those drugs by a vet solely for that purpose, this would not be a good idea. Caffiene tends to make most animal species move faster, but the problem with giving a turtle caffiene would be regulating how much caffiene is ingested by the turtle. Their digestive and metabolic pathways are so much different than human metabolic pathways that you would be asking for trouble.

You should've left the turtle where it was, it was better off. And just to make sure this is a REAL question. NO YOU CANNOT GIVE IT DRUGS.

yeah...i have done it b4.just put 1 part vodka to 14 parts water in its cage/tank/terrarium...it speeds him up a little,and it keeps him moving for a long time
