It really depends on the area in which you live. In my town which is a fairly decent town we charge $350-500. In the bigger cities like Denver and such, it ranges greatly - $500 and up. You can find birth doulas in training that will do births for low cost. Also a lot of doulas will do births for barter, trading services with moms and families.
