Yup, sounds like menopause. I couldn't keep my hands off my husband for a while - I was hornier than an adolescent boy.
I found it easier than I expected - except for the sex surge - but I am vegetarian, and I have heard that the greater soy intake of vegetarian women keeps the symptoms down. I had some night sweats, but nothing really unpleasant; I just threw off the covers until it was over, and then I'd wake up cold and pull the covers back. Not a big deal really - except for the constant horniness.

Sounds like perimenopause. That's what they call it when you very first start menopause instead of just starting menopause. You have options if you don't want all the effects of menopause. Talk to your doctor. Good Luck.

Talk to your OBGYN. yes, it could be the start of menopause but usually, the sex drive drops in most cases, not increases. you also could be going into your prime! which is a good thing I would guess and this could mess up your cycle as well.
