Your darn right. That is likely the best part of the whole purchase. Rodent excretement espcially. That goes good on pancakes and stuff.

This is going to scare you, but, since you asked. It is legal, (by laws that were actually written, that is) that certain percentages of certain wastes are allowable - both for purity of content and for sale purposes. The lists of items include the ones you mention, and many other unsavory things.

Yes, you do. You may also pay for the bag it comes in. And it may also still be off by 2% and still be legal. It could be off by even more.
