This is a trick question.
Mission accomplished wasn't a lie. The original mission was to topple Saddam. They did that. Lil Georgie just lost the peace.
"Read my lips. No new taxes." No one believed that when Bush Sr. said it. A lie is only a lie if you expect people to believe it.
Of you three choices, only B was a lie. So being the only lie, it's the biggest.
