Broccoli, bacon, cheddar, and mayo.....how do you make this salad???

I have eaten it countless times but I don't have the recipe. Was wondering if anyone did....I bought the broccoli, cheddar, and bacon today to make it and now just need you to give me the recipe.....thank you so much!!!

Cut it all up into bite size pieces, throw into a bowl, toss it - TA DA! there you have a salad
