on my 2000 chevy express the side doors the front side door (1st one you open) works fine the rear side door(2nd one you open) hinges get sticky and door is hard to open looking for a permanent solution

go to your local auto parts store.....they will have a white lithium grease that you can spray that will cure problem.

LUBRICATION!! Try some graphite door hinge lubricant or just plain old WD-40 will work. White lithium will work fine too but be careful not to get it all over or you'll be wearing it every time you get in and out of the vehicle. Could also be possible you need new pins and bushings. Grab hold of the bottom of the door and pick up and down on it. If you feel slop then you need to replace pins and bushings.

re-align the hinges and then use some graphite. make sure the door tether is on.
or ask why the heck do i have double doors hmmmm.

get a bottle of powder graphite and put some on the hinges as well as the runner. see if this doesn't help.

make sure the door is straight first than i would use nonstick cooking spray. i use it for all my hinges car and home workes great even on lawn mowers. good luck
