Your question is ironic. Try to see the contradiction between "love your son", and "Hitler".
Do you think Hitler was ever loved? No. That's why he became Hitler. Hence, if you "love your son", he's never gonna become "Hitler". Get it?
I thought people were smarter than that.
If there's a Hitler already, it'd take a lot of courage, but if you start loving him, he'll stop being a Hitler.

My (future) son would never become the next Hitler or Jeffrey Dahmer...I would raise him better than that.

Me and my g-friend have opposing opinions but I believe that it would be hard to love a serial killer or mass murder. I would have to say no, my love would die the day my child thought it was ok to kill innocent people. My g-friend on the other hand sees love for a child as undying regardless of their actions. You may hate what they have done but you still love them, I see the reasoning behind it but completely disagree.

I would love him. I would also be in a state of shock, I think. I would also turn him in if I found out what was going on. I wouldn't want to be responsible for letting him continue to murder people. I would try to find a way for him to get psychological help while in prison.

What is Love, then, if you can truly hate the kind of person he or she has become, but nevertheless "love" them? What a strange and perilous conception. Isn't maintaining that you still love them just a kind of psychological denial?

Well, I can't say that I would hate him, because either way he would be my son, but I would certainly disown him. Then I could hate him. But I still wouldn't, just because hating is wrong. I could say that he just wouldn't exist to me, but he would, and the memory would remain. I would try my hardest to forget but I couldn't because I would always know him as my son. I would hate it all.

yes because I understand what makes people do the awful things that they do...Satan consumes their whole being and all that dose not believe you are the ones that are acceptable to becoming Hitler or Jeffery dahmer...My children are true believers of God And they have me to pray for them to keep them from being consumed by Satan ....And I have taught my children that they have to pray daily to be free from all evil....with out prayer you are already doomed....God bless us all...

I would still love my son, right, wrong or indifference. He will always be my son, no matter what. He's the one that has to live with his decisions and actions in life, not me.

You could still "love" your child but they would still need to be punished for their actions. WOuld I turn my child in, if they did what Dahmer did...you are dang right I would!!!
