I like to see all the answers...I was just wondering why they are doing that? Has it always been like that and I never noticed or has it just changed lately?? What's the deal? Just wanted to know if anyone out there felt the same. Or if someone could give me an answer. Thanks guys :)

It means that someone's answer has rated too low.. look for the little option right above the Answers. It says:
Show: "Rated higher than - 2" ..
If you click on the arrow next to it, and make that number lower, you'll see more answers... it's because someone's answer was voted a thumbsdown.. therefore they have a -2 or less rating.

I don't know what it's all about either, I just noticed it today. One of my answers was "below your threshhold" WTF??? Yeah, it's annoying, I too like to see all the answers.
