Do not deviate from a professional attitude. "Kill them with kindness", and if they know that you don't care for them...you will either scare them off..or realize that you had no legitimate reason for said dislike. In life..we all encounter those who do not share our opinions/beliefs/hobbies/personal preferences....to each her/his own. Be patient.....Ya never know..you may grow to like the person in the end. Place a smile alongside your evil eye.....you might need a friend someday...and your "enemy" may turn out to be a good one.

Ignoring was my best attribute (aside from the evil eye). When I was at my preivious job, my boss had a bad habit of trying to find things wrong with me or the work. So instead of ginving him the evil eye, I would make him feel like he was the only one there or he was just talking to himself. He would come in and start his griping and I would just continue to do work, ingnoring him in the process. Nothing was more fun than if I had to take some paper to his office and he was in mine bitching, I would just grab what needed to go there, get up and walk to his office. He eventually got the point but it was fun while it lasted.

I have gained the ultimate evil eye from my grandmother and mother. They are the masters of the evil eye. It is something I feel cannot be just taught. It is something that should be inherited. You can try using a bit of annoyance combined with aggrivation and anger in your emotions and then turn that into a look. To make a bigger impact, try looking though them rather than at them. Say they are standing infront of a window, focus on the window that is directly behind then rather than giving them the look...and then add the emotions I gave you and it should fall into place. You will eventually master it yourself, but it does take time.

Try almost squinting your eyes and with pursed lips ,give them the evil look. Ignore them when they come to your office. Pretend you're busy doing something. If they keep persistently asking you questions. Only answer in monosyllables; or with grunts. They'll get the message eventually.

How about lighten up and tell them instead of perfecting "the look". Just ask them to leave politely and let them know that you are swamped and need some time. Put it this way, you catch more flies with honey then you do vinegar, be nice, but firm.

Look at them as though they just killed something that you loved.

When I was a senior in high school I got the evil eye thing down real well. One kid would start to shake really bad and yell "Stop looking at me like that".

Have you ever heard of "The Rock"? He's a professional wrestler that became famous for his "look" that he does with his face. If you can perfect that, you are good to go.

fake a personal phone call, the oldest trick in the book. Don't you remeber what your mom used t say, "If you keep doing your eyes like that, they'll get stuck that way.".
