I assume that you mean smoke...? I don't believe that there is any law against eating them....but it is illegal to sell or purchase tobacco products until the age of 18. It is also illegal to provide tobacco products to those under the age of 18. The same goes for alcohol, except that the age is 21.

It sure is. The law is 18 and if your pals get caught then they are contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Besides that why would you want to smoke? It makes your clothes and breath smell horrible, not to mention what it is doing to your health.
