That sounds dodgy. Even if I had a clue, I wont tell you unless you can justify why you need the surname and the phone number.\No offence mate!

go to the house and knock on the door or ask their neighbour if that person(First name ) is there... and ask him you cant pronounce their surname properly ;)...
