Hey sorry to hear you have had a bad week lots of great message been sent to you with good ideas of someone or something you can turn to . We are not generally alone in our lives its more so that what is getting you down you are not sure who to talk to about it. I get that and find working through it logically IN YOUR HEAD CAN HELP IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHO TO TALK TOO. Silly I know I have lots of friends sometimes we have to work things out alone. But you can always bounce ideas here lots of people to listen and loads of views .

to be quite honest, myself. I've learnt to nurture myself with the things that i love when feeling down and blue. I live so far away from any family and old friends that when i feel like that i do feel so lonely. so i pick myself up with a reward whether that be a cup of tea, 10 minutes of tears(anything more is a pity party)or write, the thing is to do whatever makes you feel good.
an old woman taught me something many years ago. ask yourself three questions she said. old Sarah, is it any of your business, decide if it is, if it is then do something about it, if its not then mind your own business or halt meaning to stop and see whats wrong HALT - H stands for hunger if your hungry then eat. A stands for angry if your angry then deal with it, L stands for lonely if your lonely then go be around people and T stands for tired if your tired than sleep. My point being is we sometimes get so busy in our daily routine that we forget to meet our own needs and therefore end up feeling down and alone. For me its to go through the mental list as to why I'm feeling that way and meet that need. hope this helps and that it has brought something for you to think about when your feeling down and alone. Sometimes I've heard its because at that particular moment that is what was needed at that time in our lives. Who knows. kat

I turn to my Sad Music and watch sad movies to get all the hatred and fustration out of my system. I need to cry it all out. Then I write about it and talk to people all over the internet and walk to the store and back and smoke very little and fall asleep. I think and think of it and after I'm sick of it I get rid of it b/c I have thought about it too much. Thats what I do. Sometimes I wish I could just get far far far away from the situation. I hate when crap confronts me!

Jack Daniels! Mr. Jack has never let me down. Do yourself a favor - get a litre bottle of Jack Daniels and a six pack of coke. Mix yourself a few drinks and get a great buzz on- I mean a tremendous "I don't care" type of buzz - then play with yourself. Seriously - get naked and explore yourself real slow! This is exactly what I do. One night, I did this in my hotel. A very attractive maid happened to come in (announced) before I could respond. She, shall we say, helped me and then stayed the night. Try it...you never know?

You can turn to anyone who listens, like me right now. But, first make sure that you have turned to yourself and understood why you feel the way you feel.

I bet mines been worse than yours. On Tuesday, a jcb ran into my car head on. Two doors and my windows smashed to smithereens all over me. Luckily my daughter wasn t in the car and i m lucky to be alive, or at least back home.Glass shattered all over me, my car is now a right off, and the W.a.n.k.e.r. is trying to say it s my fault. Beat that.

I know the feeling, but no matter what, always try to stay positive because things will get better.. perhaps not over night, but they will get better. I'd be happy to lend an ear or the figurative shoulder..... take care of you.

I usually eat a pizza and look at porn.

Other times I listen to ancient Chinese music on headphones while lying on a lounge chair at my beachfront and watch clouds float by.

TV + Mountain Dew can work.
