Hard question because they had so many great songs. I really like the long version (from the British issued CD of Aftermath) of "Out of Time". Also "It's all over now" has awesome guitar!

I couldn't pick a favorite myself, but my husband will play "Sympathy for the Devil" about a million times in a row.
