I work in the gaming industry and I can tell you that this.....you bets your money, you takes your chances. There is alot of opportunity for winning but a majority of people lose. If it is just for fun....why not? If you expect to pay the mortgage....think again!

The only real gain you may make is from the comps depending on the jurisdiction that you are in. You get the comps whether you win or lose.

What kind of gaming were you thinking about?

Tables?

Slots?

Don't go there its a wast of hard earned money. I know people who go all the time. They win and put it all back it. Save your money and go on a vacation. Or have some friends over and play some poker $5 a game way more fun. And trust me you'll save! How many time you here people win and never go back to put it back in?
