The important thing is to moisturise every morning, and every night before bedtime. You can just use the one cream for both functions, but I tend to use different ones for different during the day and throughout the year.
For example, your day cream should contain SPF in addition to your suncream. The summer sun will dry out your skin, and when you squint in the afternoon, you may burn the lines on to your skin. Wear a hat and sunglasses to shade your face.
In the evening, use a rich moisturiser or serum. During your sleep, you lose a lot of water from your skin through involuntary sweating.
In the winter, your day cream needs to be quite rich as well as having some SPF, particularly if you have dry and sensitive skin because the cold will burn and dry your skin.

One of the most important things to do for your skin is to stay out of the sun. Of course, that is not feasible for everyone, so it is important to use a moisturizer that contains a sunscreen. Getting into the habit of drinking lots of water (at least (8) 8-oz glasses per day) will not only help prevent wrinkles as you age, but will help you maintain clear skin throughout your teenage years. It is never too early to begin a regimen of healthy eating and getting plenty of exercise. This will also help maintain a youthful complexion as you age. You are correct in that it is never too early to begin taking care of yourself!

To prevent wrinkles on your face wear a sun hat when going out in the sun and wear at least an spf 30 on your face EVERYDAY. A lot of facial moistureizers have SPF in them like Neutrogena you can get at the pharmacy. Check labels. Even in winter, use your SPF moistureizer because the sun's harmful rays are still present and even flourescent light can simulate the sun's rays.
Avoid getting a sunburn on your face at all costs!

Normal aging wrinkles are natural and healthy. But you want to avoid wrinkles that come from over-exposure to the sun. However, we DO need sunlight to get enough Vitamin D and new studies suggest that Americans aren't getting nearly enough Vit. D. SO, allow yourself to get 30 minutes of sunlight a day (this includes just walking to and from class, for example, not sunbathing). Also, I encourage you to wear a natural mineral or plant-extract sunscreen. Who knows how the chemicals in regular sunscreens may be affecting our skin negatively.
Also, be sure you are eating enough fruits and vegetables and getting enough vitamins. These and close to 2 liters of water a day will help keep your skin glowing for years. :)
And relax, have fun, and enjoy your youth! And just try to avoid sunbathing and tanbeds and you should be just fine! :)

first thing is don't use sunbeds! and also don't use these face creams for wrinkles on the market until you do actually get wrinkles because once you start you have to carry on using them otherwise you will end up with loads of lines and creases

Biggest theory is to stay out of the sun as much as possible and make sure to use a lot of sunscreen. Also if you use make up.....especially around the eye...you need to apply from the outer part of your under eye to the inner part under your eye for like foundation or under eye creams. Always use moisturizers and take good care of your skin.

to prevent premature aging signs, stay out of the sun as much as possible and wear sunscreen everyday. Stay healthy and active, stay hydrated, and don't smoke.
Nourishing your body properly will help maintain skin elasticity.
