There are two ways to cut and paste. Try both ways
Option 1:
1. Hightlight the text
2. Right Click
3. Click Copy
4. Go to Word
5. Right click or go to Edit and click Paste
Option 2:
1. Highlight text
2. Hit CTRL+C
3. Go to Word
4. Hit CTRL+V
Try those. Sometimes one will work and the other doesn't. Make sure the text you are pasting into Word has default font colors too. Sometimes you'll paste it and not knowing that the text is really actually there but just white.

What exactly is happening? Is it like when you highlight the words and then right click it and then click copy and then you open wordpad or whatever and then you try to paste it and it doesn't paste it maybe you need to click paste special because sometimes i have to click that or maybe you still have something else copied and you don't know it I don't know really if that helps but hopefully it does

Usually, when you copy and paste in Word, you get this timer thing for your mouse and your computer freezes and everything goes wrong. You should highlight the text. Hit Ctrl+C to copy, and then Ctrl+V to paste.

If any of the above do not work the page you're trying to copy might be copyprotected!
You can try Print Screen (button above keypad) and then paste in a picture/image program like Paint then save the screenshot.
Also, you could try save the webpage you're currently viewing in a couple of format and open it offline, then copy+paste.
Good luck!

It might be there but in white text - hold down on the word document like you are trying to select text and see if it highlights the area - if it does change the text colour.
Hopefully this will work, if not sorry and good luck working it out.

When you copy is the text showing up as highlighted? Some sites may disallow copying.
If you are able to highlight the text, make sure your mouse is within the highlighted area when you rightclick to select copy.

Yes, sometimes this happens to me. Why? I don't know, I think it's something with RAM. Just hit the PrintScreen-SysRq button above insert, and then copy and paste your text. It should work then. Sometimes you just need to clear the clipboard, or do it via the "Edit" menu.
