The truth is you will never be able to convince them to stop using the perfumes , because their perfume is part of them , like you washing your hands ... so you are the one that has to make a move , since quiting is not an option do a draconian solution , go to some place like Home Depot and purchase a spray mask with the two round filters , when they see you with it on they will either lough , or get the hint , but you will breath fresh air ... I did it, soon the co workers got the hint , and used it only when I felt the bother coming on ... good luck..

OK...what I would do is this: I'd ask the person what type of perfume/cologne he/she is wearing and ask if I could "borrow" it...and then DESTROY IT!!! *accidentally* of course...then I would offer to buy them new ones...cheaper and less strong ones...
Also, if that doesn't work - I would just begin to sneeze loudly when they come close to me, and when they ask what's wrong I'd tell them it's not them, It's the perfume/cologne...

You might consider talking to them directly in the lunch room, or another manner might be to bring up the topic of being extremely sensitive to scents such as heavy perfumes. Sending out an email to the general group might be an idea to let them know that you have this high sensitivity. Another factor is to speak to your manager, whom may compose the email / memo from that knowledge. By having to take medication for the migraines doesn't really help you and your work is being affected from it as well.
I think the most logical solution is to bring it up to the manager of the department and see what comes from that.
Let me know what happens
I hope that it all works out well for you

The best answer is the correct one. I am 14 and have fought kids bigger than me and I used the in and out method because I knew from my cousins that are UFC trained that taught me stuff also taught me how to use this method this guy knows what he's talking about and never ever doubt it because if you ask any professional fighter they will tell you the exact same thing for fighting a bigger opponent

You're in luck, Monday is national "Slap Your Co-Worker Day!". If some one is wearing loud cologne or perfume, it will be okay to *****-slap the hell out of them and tell them to go wash their ***!

Ask them nicely first, telling them that you are allergic to perfume. If they don't help you out, go to your boss. Since it's preventing you from working, it is well within your rights to do so. In fact, you should, because you don't want this to affect your job performance.

Tell them that you have an actual condition of being hypersensitive to sent, and that it would make your life much easier if they could go easy on the perfume.
