Someone clipping their fingernails on the train.
People that have an hour-long conversation via the two-way (chirp) function on their cell phone instead of actually just making a phone call.

yelling screaming chocolate deprived menstruating females. I'd say i like that noise the least.
on the other hand, it's wonderful to hear a girl talk in a soothing voice, one of my favorite sounds.

Whistling,especially from old men first thing in the morning when Im trying to sleep!!! Sunday morning,the one day I have a long lie in my bed,then some whistling canary is heading for a sunday newspaper at 6.am!!!!! AArrgghh

finger nails scratching on paper. that sound gets on my nerves!!!
i also dont like the sound of cardboard scratching on cardboard. like when you close a box and it scratches it. omg that sound annoys me so bad!
