1. Overpopulation the source of Over Crowded classrooms.
2. Anti-Overpopulation. Real facts about the costs to raise children, from birth until they are 18, should be taught in the high schools. Overpopulation drives health insurance costs up for every mouth that is added on a family policy.
Good Luck and Warm Wishes.

If you want a hot topic try gay/lesbian, abortions, drug use, alcoholic beverages and the age limit, the school's grading system.
I would need to know where you are from and what current problems there are in the area that concerns everyone since this is mainly what concerns everyone and what also seems to stirr contention and dissagreement.

I chose teaching sex education in schools due to the sky high teen preganancy and STD rate in the US, the HIGHEST of any industrialized country in the world. despite all church leaders saying it should be taught in the home, only 20% mof parents talk to their kids about sex, birth controll, etc etc. it is appalling. where I live 50% of the girls between 13-21 end up pregnant, and we live in a VERY conservative, bible belt state. for a city of 200,000 our STD rate is higher than cities of 2 million or more. sad.........yet no one talks about it.
