How much money would I need to open a club?

Regular dance club, with avg. furniture and a small staff

Just to renievate it? 250K seems a bit steep. Not really building a club from scratch.

250,000 Minimum.

That depends on location, size, whether or not there will be additional investors and several other factors. I would estimate around $350,000....(electronic equipment is expensive)

you had better have 250,000 to 500,000 to carry you through. good luck if you try
