I'd suggest focusing on schools that are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). They have a list of accredited schools on their website here:
http://www.aacsb.edu/accreditation/accreditedmembers.asp
Of course, you'll want to find the right match between your grades/test scores, your preferences (size/location,etc.) and other factors, but the above list is a good place to start.
Technically, you don't need to major in international business as an undergraduate - a business degree from a good program will usually suffice, especially if its combined with language courses, political science courses, etc. However, if you want a school that offers a specific international business major, here are the "top" 20 undergraduate schools for IB, according to US News & World Reports:
1. Univ. of South Carolina–Columbia
2. New York University
3. University of Michigan–Ann Arbor
4. University of Pennsylvania
5. University of California–Berkeley
6. University of Texas–Austin
7. Florida International University
8. Univ. of Missouri–St. Louis
Georgetown University (DC)
10. Temple University (PA)
San Diego State University
12. University of Washington
13. University of Hawaii–Manoa
Indiana University–Bloomington
15. Univ. of Southern California
U. of North Carolina–Chapel Hill
Northeastern University (MA)
18. Washington State University
University of Oklahoma
20. George Washington University (DC)
Obviously, there are many other great schools out there as well. In particular, I'd recommend Babson College, Stetson, Bentley, U of Denver, James Madison. You can also find many others by doing an ADVANCED google search, limiting the domain to .edu and using the term "undergraduate international business." But again, it all depends on your grades/test scores and what else you're looking for in a college.
Best of luck in your search!

Wharton @ University of Pennsylvania is presently the great industry university within the nation! Unfortunately, my pal simply received deferred from there, and he or she received a 2200 at the SATs. So, except you're smarter than she is (plenty smarter) do not trouble. That university is particularly aggressive, extra so than Harvard, Yale, or Princeton. But, it's the great!

I've heard Cornel is really good, but incredibly hard to get into. If your looking to stay in the city try Baruch, the tution is pretty cheap.
