go to start then all programs then click word perfect but if u don't have that click on start all programs accessories and then click word pad if it doesn't work extend your question and i'll see what i can do

By using a word processing program or simple text program. Just layout like a normal letter, save the file if needed and print when required.

Just hit the key with the letter on that you want and hey presto - its on your screen :-)
