Hint: Go to the library and do research on slave legislation and Jim Crow laws. See also States Rights. Use a book. Not everything on the Internet is factual, or well researched.

Where? There was slavery in lots of countries. What time frame? Are you talking about whites enslaving blacks? There was slavery in ancient Rome, you know and it wasn't based on the color of ones skin.
