The part number you are providing refers to a range of semi comductor types (integrated circuits .... chips). It is not the part number of the board component, but of a chip on that board.

Could be a memory board, especially if on an old computer ... is the slot ISA or PCI...my guess is ISA.

No way to tell you for sure ...insufficient data.

The M18E32 part of the number designates it as common IC chip used in computer and printer memory.

Most common for that is a 32 MB 4x64 SDRAM DIMM PC100

Does it have a manufacturer's name on it? If so, try there website and see if it gives you that information. You could be right but are the chips on the board RAM or something else.
