it starts out that she is getting into trouble with her father and he tells her something like i will love you even in the rain, and towards the end she gets pregnant and has to tell her father she made a mistake, and he tell her he will love her even in the rain, but i do not know who sings it or what it is called it is just a good song .

I have no idea, this is way to vague. How old is this song? Do you know any definite lyrics? Etc.. I don't even have a guess except Madonna, and she isn't country so I doubt that's close.

I think you may be talking about one by Sarah Evans. I'm not sure of the title but it's something like "You'll always Be My Baby".
