I have an English school in São Paulo, Brazil and am in search of ESL/EFL teachers to come to work temporary in Brazil. But where do I find them? Where are they? They do not need to be native speakers, fluent English is a must though...!

Contact the schools that train teachers. I would start with the International House network- contact the schools that train CELTA students. Make sure your school is a good place to work or else your reputation will be ruined really quickly! Everyone in the ESL world knows which schools have bad working conditions and bad salaries!

i haven't seen this in my section yet I agree that instructors would desire to make greater for each and all the paintings they do. My female pal teaches intense college and works plenty longer hours than I do and contributes a great style of her very own money for factors. lots of the teachers i've got meet are extraordinary and little doubt could be making plenty greater in different aspects. yet i assume they are doing what they desire to.
