The change that I've noticed in my husband in almost two years of marriage is that he has shown me better ways of his love, care and respect towards me. I became a better person because he inspires me a lot. His change was for the better not only for our relationship but for each of our personality.

mine had a gut before we hooked up. he was sitting on the couch drinking beer then...he still does the same now. the only reason i wear not so sexy clothes now is i can't fit into any of them. i'm pregnant. he's the same person i fell in love with. hopefully i will go back to being the same person after this baby pops out. i miss my old self :(.

My husband changed drastically after marriage. The only time he would dress up really nice is when we would go to church or if there was a Christmas party going on at the office. He became such a bore that I didn't like being around him. He didn't want to do anything we didn't have money issues he just figured he didn't have to put forth the effort to keep the romance in our marriage.

It could be because they feel more comfortable around you. In my experience they never really "change". You just notice more things. They can be themselves around someone they love. Both of us in that aspect have changed somewhat. But both of us have also changed for the better. I guess it's in the "eyes of the beholder" so to speak. But, I love wearing sexy clothes with him.

Since we have been married we never ever go out! I love to dress sexy for my husband when we go out, but now my life is about track suites and preparing meals and keeping a clean house...how do I get my husband out of the house, so that we can have fun again!!!!???
I love my husband dearly

Yes, we've changed. But in 27 years I would hope that we would. These things cycle. I now wear stuff that I didn't wear before (for him of course). We grow and change. We're better now than we were before. Is it easy? nope. Takes work and commitment and willingness to try new things.

My husband hasnt changed a bit. We've been married for 11 years and he is still that highschool cutie that I fell in love with. THe only thing that has changed is that he is more responsible.

Hello Ant, I knew him for 3 1/2 years before getting married. I lived with him for 3 of those years and i thought i knew him well (including his living habits). But after we got married it was like a Dr. Jekyll - Mr. Hyde. He thought since i was latched onto the side of his hip and wasnt going anywhere he thought he could do what he wanted. And believe me he did,,,,,,,,he lied, stole, cheated, quit his job (wanted me to support him) and endured the worse pain that anyone has to endure and that is the pain of the heart; which he broke. I told him to shape up or ship out. After 5 months of marriage i left him and filed for divorce. Have a good night Ant.

The same. We are emotionally closer and a little more open to new things in "private". I would say all together marriage brought us closer. I still dress the same, and he hasn't gotten a beer gut :)
