Most of the breast is fat. The actual mammary glands make up only a small portion of the breast tissue, and most women have more or less the same amount of glandular tissue. The rest of the breast, what gives it size and shape, is mostly fat deposits between and among the glands and ducts. Which is why women with small breasts can nurse a baby just as well as women with larger breasts.

Well, they have stuff in them for breast feeding, blood vessels, the usual, but the size depends on how much fat and tissue they have in them. So basically, yeah, they are blobs of fat.

Basically yes in a non-pregnant female. When a female becomes pregnant, hormones like estrogen, and prolactin will then develope the glandular portion of the breast for lactation. After the nursing is over the breast glands will resorb.

Actually they have blood vessels, lactation glands, nunerous nerve endings and of course fatty tissue. And since by definition blobs are shapeless I would say they are more like variously shaped fat depositories.

No, they are made of glands and lymph nodes which make it possible for a mother to nurse her young. They are not just blobs of fat, they are well designed machines.

Small ones are glandular breast tissue. Large ones have a large amount of fat, and very large ones have silicon.
