No one cares about President Bush's sex life. So what if he had a 6 year relationship with a Gay Preacher.

But I do understand why Laura said on World Wide TV that her and Linn Cheney go to the DC Chip and Dales.

Go big Red Go

I don't think so. People will see what pieces of any story they choose; Kerry's comments will be seen as an advantage to those who want it to be one, as will any other "scandal" that follows.

The thing is that it actually sounds more like a drug problem where the dealer is a homosexual and the user is a well-known local Christian pastor. (I hate using Christian as an adjective...)

I think the hope is that here in Colorado that it will. We have a major military population here and there is a large push to turn us purple this election and red in the next one.

I am always amazed at what I think is local news showing up on the national level. (and here I am helping spread it...yikes!)

I don't really think so. I think most will keep an open mind. Like, me, when there's a scandal with the Dems regarding drugs, sex, etc....I don't judge them for that. We're all human and we all do dumb things. I judge more on the political views of the entire party, not just one or two isolated incidents.

BTW, I think most people have made up their minds by now....

Since no one has ever heard of the guy that is being exposed and destroyed I truly doubt it. I don't really think Kerry's remarks hurt anyone other than himself. He really shot himself in the rear this time around (no pun intended). He didn't change any one's mind about the upcoming elections. I don't think anything can. Everyone is dug in and the battle of buffoons in DC has been stalemated.

It's hard to make the connection. Pedophiles are pedophiles, he's not an elected official. I am sure some will try to make a big deal out of this, but it's not.

Not a chance, but the Dems are going to beat that horse to death anyway.

No. It's not like that guy was the pope of evangelicals. He was just one guy at one church.
