Does it really matter? Clothes are clothes. It shouldn't matter if it's brand name or not....

Well where i live (NYC) Aero (I dont even know what that is), Abercrombie, AE and Hollister are NOT name-brand clothes. At least not high-end name brand.
And I don't really like their clothes, too boring and not very fashionable or unique. Plus whats with the mooses and birds?
I prefer clothes like Morphine Generation, Velvet, Alice+Olivia, J Crew and H&M for cheap stuff.

I wear pretty much everything--my closet is a broad array of everything from Forever 21 to Gucci and Kors. I never buy 'it' clothes as a name brand (my skinny jeans are Gap or Ross), but I only buy name brand classics. I think that if it's something that isn't so stylish that it will be out in a year, it is worth it to buy the name brand--simply because it will last and keep it's original shape/color. Hollister is a brand that I hate, simply because all of the clothes are so cheaply made that they age quickly. By the second wash, I've downgraded it to sleepwear. Shoes and purses--always name brand. They last forever, and even if you are wearing it with Wal-mart, you look more upscale.

I can understand paying good money for something you will be able to utilize more efficiently. Like men's dress shoes. When you buy a good pair of dress shoes they are a great deal more comfortable and will last forever. When you spend big bucks to wear a nametag when you can get the same item or similar item cheaper with a generic brand, the fool is the one that lost out on the money. What's better to have 5 different blouses/shirts or one big nametag blouse/shirt?
I sorry but I like my money as well as my clothing.

I wouldn't worry about what the brand name is. I personally buy reasonably priced clothing, with an exceptional Hollister top. If you come from a wealthy family or you have a bit of extra cash, you can go for it. But it should be more about what looks good on you.

I love them! especially ae and aero... if there's outlets in your area they always have really good deals... you can find shirts @ a gap outlet for at least 1/2 the price! If you go to any of these stores usually in the back is the clearance, but lots of them have deals spread throughout the store, you just have to take time and find them... but i'm definently a name brand girl!

It is all about what you like, don't look at the brand but look at the actual clothing and see if you think it is cute. I love Lucky Brand jeans b/c they are the best fit I have ever found.

I like good clothes but not the bad street-wear, now so famous brands. You are paying their advertising not the quality of the garment. Be aware of that.

I absolutely love AMERICAN EAGLE. Their clothes fit awesome, and they are always comfy, stylish, and wicked cute. They also don't shrink when you wash them and there are a whole bunch of different styles. I would try it there, you could even order something online. www.americaneagle.com
Aeropostale has the best cami's too. I would try them if I were you. If you get them at half price, like they usually are they are only 8.50. Which, is not bad at all for a excellent cami.
