Well, there are a lot of weird people in my school and I just got brand new exspensive sneakers for my birthday and I loveee them. They were the might coach ones, any who I was walking in the hallway going to my class when some pyhsco jumped down on the floor grabbed my foot, and in blue sharpie, wrote her name.
I tried to wedge my foot away and ACCIDENTALLY landed up kicking her in the face, and the dean caught me. He gave me a deans detention and one ISS[In school suspension.]
IS THIS WRONG OR WHAT?

Of course it is wrong. You should get another witness if you can, go to the dean with her/him, and explain the whole thing. If that doesn't work, go to the principal or a counselor because that is an unpunished offense.

The dean is stupid not to ask what happened, for suspending u for ACCIDENATALLY kicking that stupid girl who wrote on your shoe, and...
that's really the stupid girl's fault. Why the heck would she put HER name on YOUR cool sneakers? i'm sorry but she's just sick, and trying to be an idiot when she already is, i mean why, she really needs to go to a mental hospital

wow.-did you explain to them what happened & it was all an accident? I've had crazy stuff happen back then but it's been over 20 yrs. & I miss my school days! but I know how you feel, I hated jr. high to the max too, but for yrs., I wish I could go back again & start over! so make the best of it-good luck.

kids are so mean....tell your parents what happened and hope that they can resolve the issue with the dean and the girl can pay for new sneakers

yes, it is wrong. did you show him your shoe? if HE doesn't do anything, he has a boss higher than he is, I'd get my parents involved, since it was probably them who bought you your shoes....at least to have psycho-girl replace the shoes or have them professionally cleaned.
