no, it's just that liberals have so much in their party to deal with, by that i mean sub-divided special interest groups, and have no focus. it is obvious when you ask them about a plan to get out of iraq. while the president says" stay the course" over and over the democrats say " we need to change course". over and over with no clear alternative to bush. multiply this by 1000 and " thar ye gowe". lack of focus.

I am a liberal and I vote. I believe there are liberals, moderates and conservatives that feel disenfranchised and do not vote.
As for the attention span question. I have a long enough attention span to realize that those who continue to make ridiculous generalizations are people who do very little real research and often do not really know what they are talking about.

I'm a liberal and I most certainly vote. I've voted in every election since I was 18. Maybe it's just your friends and family. If you don't vote, you can't complain.

Voting is so important in America. We are so very lucky that we have a say in who governs us. The problem is in actually knowing what the candidates stand for. Even after researching a politicians views we are never guaranteed that they are going to remain strong on the issues that are important to us. The best way to influence a politician is by keeping tabs on their voting record and let them know how you feel about it.

Yes, liberals have a short attention span. All kidding aside, I vote so I have a right to complain. If you do not vote then you have no real right to complain because you do not participate.

I dont know, i know alot of liberals who go to vote, but i know alot more moderates and conservatives, so my point of view is biased, but either way if you dont vote you have no right to complain. I always vote, unless something drastic comes up and i cannot.

I vote. But then again I wouldn't consider myself a liberal. I think most people just like to have something to complain about.

I vote and you know what? Seldom is a person all liberal or all conservative. We tend to be a mix of both on different issues. Stop calling names it does not improve your looks.

If voting could really change anything, it would be illegal. It may not be rigged, but there are only two useless choices that aren't even choices seeing as how dems and republicans are the two names for the same crap.
