I figured out the system. If you say, "Is everything an argument?," the answer is either yes or no. Elementary Logic can demonstrate it. However your question was: Do you believe that everything is an argument? Unlike the first case, your case requires a subjective statement as an answer and by definition, subjective statement is TRUE unless you lie. In other words, there are two answers (subjective). Yes and No. In short, you asked the question about 'belief' and not about argument... :)

No. Argument has a very narrow definition. It means to present you position on a subject in organized and rational manner. What many people consider to be argument is a emotionally charged match, with little use of rationality.
