Have you consider working for yourself? You could take the necessary courses to become a home inspector, or an appraiser. The Home inspector in most state does not require a license to operate, however you do want to be certified by industry leaders. An appraiser in most states does require a license and there are different levels to obtain. Both work with computers and both need to have some mechanical ability. But please don't shoot anyone. lol Good Luck!
