This crazy idea has just propped up in my head. What would you think about a website where you could choose a celebrity (not a real one but a made up one) and you would get pieces of news about him or her regularly. I'll explain!
Let's say you chose a singer. You decide in what musical style s/he sings or what instrument s/he plays and you write a mail that I want to know where do you do your shopping. And I write you all the required info of your chosen celebrity.
Where did I get the idea? It would definitely be fun for me and some years ago Japanese people set up a site for a virtual celebrity. My idea would be like giving you the feeling that you actually exchange mails with a celebrity. You set the basics for me and I'll act the way your celebrity would according to your settings. Crazy but still, how about it? Don't need to be rude. I was only curious and toying with the idea. Rude people will get reported so it's not worth it, really.

It may appeal to younger kids but then you would have to police it carefully so it doesn't get hyjacked by idiots with bad language, etc or the older preditary type after young children if you know what i mean.

Either way, it would be a fair amount of work but you never know, you might end up selling it to Yahoo for millions just like Youtube which was some guys idea that went balistic.

Erm, not being rude but surely it's more fun to follow a real celebrity?

And the Japanese are notoriously nuts. They have panty vending machines, fa chrissakes!
