a hot spa/jacuzzi.

Background information: fertility doctors recommend against overheating the testes. An example of overheating would be using a hot spa for more than 5 minutes. However, I used to enjoy using the spa quite a bit, but I want to be able to use it while protecting myself with some type of heat insulating device.

Don't worry about it. You might kill off sperm in your system during the spa time, but those balls are hardier than you think. Sperm produced outside of the hot tub should be fine.
I used a very hot hot tub every day for years at the Y--usually 110-112; also have 3 kids from that same time period. If you do have very low sperm count, or the sperm fertility is very low, you might want to forgo hot tubs completely if you are trying to reproduce.
If you are not trying to reproduce, then enjoy the hot tub. We have too many experts out there telling us how we need to be living, and we forget to just enjoy life.

I would think this pertains to prolonged frequent use in a spa. I would think if you stay at a hotel and soak in the hot tub you will be fine. May be just not everyday for prolonged periods. If it was terrible for you they would soak men that are suffering from sport injury's and things like that.

Try wrapping your guy's in fiberglass that might insulate them. Or maybe you could use asbestos.

Dude, I don't think there's anything that will help you in that area. You are talking about something that would be too big to fit between your legs or would not fit tight enough to keep out the heat, That's what I think.

Sincerely,
Terry

OKKAAAY.....YOU ARE GAY.
Unless there is some sort of battery powered ball cooler you are screwed. There are plenty of people that use spas and jacuzzis and can still have kids. If you are that worried about it then don't use them. Thats it. There is a risk in everything you do.
