Its discovered a lot of new galaxies, moons, comets, etc. It is finding out lots about black holes etc. I think astromers are finding out new things about our universe all the time thanks to the Hubble Telescope.

The ability to see clearly into very distant parts of the universe has allowed us to test theories about how the universe formed and how galaxies formed. It has allowed us to detect planets by observing wobbles in the position of their parent stars which were too small to detect when seen through the distortions caused by our atmosphere. It has revealed that galaxies very much like the Milky Way formed at a much earlier point in the history of the universe than some calculations had predicted. In short, the Hubble has revealed much about what we know and do not yet know about the universe. I am not sure that it has made a difference to the rest of the universe.

Have you never seen the photo images of what it has seen? They're amazing! So I guess the answer is it's made different differences to anyone who's ever looked at the pictures. It's a highly personal thing!
Enjoy!
